About Belivah
Belivah was the property name of Peter McLean who initially settled on Oxley Creek in 1865, however relocated to a property on the Albert River in 1867.
Residential development of Belivah commenced in 1991, and in 1996 began the second stage of the development. In 2011, several streets were extended in the small suburb. Today, Belivah is filled with smaller acreage blocks and scrub lands and is going to continue to expand its residential development.
