About Mount Warren Park
Mount Warren Park is a residential suburb located in the outer eastern zone of Logan City. According to the 2016 census, Mount Warren Park recorded a population of 5,791 people.
The suburb was first settled on the Yugambeh land. In 1865 William Stanley Warren first planted sugar crop within the area and later that year had Windaroo sugar plantation, planted cotton, grown wheat and indian corn.
The area remained predominantly rural until 1974 when major redevelopment was commenced by Cambridge Credit. This company was responsible for the development in Springwood during the late 1960s. Different sizes of land was offered in this estate ranging from 600 square metres to 1.288 square metres.

Educational institutions began with Mount Warren Park State School in January 1981, the school remains open today.
